Life’s challenges often test our spirit and resolve. During difficult seasons, waiting on God's promises can feel exhausting and uncertain. In a season of waiting it can be difficult to maintain our joy but it's the joy of the Lord that is our strength. So let’s take a moment to look at each instruction to clothe ourselves with strength and anchor ourselves in the word of God. Joyful in Hope Hope is the anchor for our soul, especially when circumstances seem bleak. Being joyful in hope means trusting that God’s promises are true and that His timing is perfect.
